Memory Disorders Support Group Support Ministry offers support to those who have been
diagnosed with memory disorder diseases and to those who care for them; family, friends, and caregivers. The ministry is open to all caring adults and offers assistance year round. The Memory Disorder Support Ministry meets on the third Friday of the month in the Upper Room in the PLC from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00. They also offer educational programs in the fall and spring .
Many struggle to care for family members and friends who suffer from a variety of memory disorders. If you are a nurse, medically trained person, social worker, or licensed counselor, the group offers uncomplicated training through affiliated groups. If you are a person dealing with memory disorder or you feel a call to help those who suffer from this disease get involved with this caring ministry.
