We welcome the opportunity to open our doors to ministries, parishioners and guests who would like to utilize our beautiful facilities for their meetings, weddings, funerals, events and other gatherings.
Due to high demand, and the necessity to have sufficient time to prepare and maintain our space, we may not be able to accommodate everyone’s first choice of rooms or dates. Therefore, we ask all interested people and groups to plan well in advance and take the appropriate steps to schedule facilities.
Approved Ministers and Ministries
Parish ministries and groups that have been approved through the proper administrative channels may schedule their meetings and events as space and time permit, on a first-scheduled, first-served basis. Parish administration requires any current or proposed groups to contact Sr. Linda Gaupin at LGaupin@HolyFamilyOrlando.com to begin the ministry approval process, or verify their status as an active, approved parish ministry.
Once approved or verified, ministry heads should contact Dan Roberts at DRoberts@HolyFamilyOrlando.com to get information and permissions to log into the online ministry scheduling program, which is the required method for booking dates and rooms. Bookings must be made a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the needed date, and there is no guarantee of first-choice availability.
